Work with the multiple angles and levels of resistance offered to gain strength, mobility, balance and improve cardio capabilities. Working with music, we will apply elements of Pilates, yoga, strength training, power moves and cardio, utilizing our floor to ceiling resistance anchors.

​All levels welcome and modifications can be implemented when necessary. This will be challenging but you will adapt and improve quickly. Classes are 30 minutes with a 5-6 minute warm up and cool down. ​
